Feeling Better!!

(one of the Medical Representatives gave me small booklet by name “Choti choti baatien”…I liked a few things in there…thought of posting one of them…)

** When you are feeling down,
Focus your thoughts on this question.
What can you do that would help you feel better?
Instead of filling your mind with doubt,self pity,resentment,regret and despair,
Fill it with thoughts and plans for moving positively forward.

There is something that will take your focus off, of whatever has already happened and direct your thoughts firmly towards the best of what can be.

Pay no attention to how you’re supposed to feel or how you’re expected to feel.
Decide for yourself how good you would like to feel,and then take the steps that will get you there.
It will likely be much easier than you think.
For once you choose to feel better,
It quickly begins to happen.
It sounds too simple to be true,yet it works with surprising and delightful effectiveness.
When you decide to help yourself feel better,you will.

What can you do that will help you feel better?
You’re just a moment away from making it happen!! **

yeah its pretty true.. but getting these points out at the point of resentment is something a lightning occuring once in a while!!...

it is a lot better and the best thing not to wallow in self pity ...
have positive thoughts and erase all the negatives as my mother says why want to crush ur brain Ur brain afterall with all those bead corrutpting thoughts .....

getting these oints out at the point of resentment is difficult ...i agree ...but its not impossible naa!
anyways if such if we come across such reads even in those depressing moments...we do feel better..dont u think so?

and baby is fine..more active these days...trying to give me sweet kicks!!hehe!....and my duty is also going on fine!thanks for asking!!

We stay in Malakpet...near Dilshuknagar side....my moms place is near masabtank.,cresent Hospital side...
and i work as DMO in DCMS...
where do u stay here in hyd??

these steps could be good in some situations...so I think it really depends on the severity of the problem one is facing...

How can one possibly do that? Feelings r natural and u cant NOT pay attention to feelings that flow so easily...:)


**Decide for yourself how good you would like to feel,and then take the steps that will get you there.

Once again, deciding how good u WANT to feel is easier than really achieving that...

True... such reads dont give much relief if our grief is too much..

feeling is something that flows naturally...agreed on that also..

i didnt mean to say that...but sometimes when we r feeling low,dejected ...such a read does give a lil encouragement na...atleast for sometime...atleast makes us think what other things we can do to keep ourselves busy,to deviate our mind ,enjoy other blessings we have in life etc...
